The price is on the screen so you never have to ring to get one. That is not the same as being hard to reach — if you want to check access, a mix or a date with somebody, here is who and when.
One number for orders, changes and anything that has gone wrong on site. You will not be asked to leave a message to get a price — the price is on the configurator, day or night.
Early because pours are. If your load is on the road and something has changed, ring rather than email.
Answered within one working day. Include your order reference if you have one — it is on your confirmation and on the docket.
Same inbox, same people. We do not run a separate complaints address that answers slower than the sales one.
Plenty of this industry keeps the phone as the only way in: you ring, you describe the job, somebody works out a number off-screen, and you wait. We built the opposite — you build the pour, every fee lands on the page as you add it, and the total is the total.
But a business that shows you a price and then cannot be reached about it has only done half the job. Ringing a customer about access, a tight site or the right mix is normal and professional, and so is being ringable. What we will not do is make you phone us to find out what something costs.
Know what you want? The price does not need a phone call.
