We are an Auckland ready-mix service that is not owned by a batching plant. That single fact is why this site can show you a price instead of asking you to request one.
We work with suppliers large and small across the New Zealand market rather than sending every load to one supplier. Your postcode and your mix decide who batches it, not a franchise map.
Every fee is on the screen before you commit — delivery, small load, distance, colour, pump. If a charge can appear on your invoice, it appeared on the page first.
We launched in Auckland and we are staying there until we are good at it. Local is checkable, and a supplier who has to face you again behaves differently.
Ordering concrete in New Zealand still mostly means a phone call. You describe the job, someone works out a number off-screen, and you get a figure back that is labelled an estimate. The delivery date is not real until a second call. It works, but it asks you to trust a number you were never shown the inside of.
Our whole product is the opposite of that. You build the pour yourself, every line is itemised as it is added, and the total on the screen is the total. Nothing is added at checkout, and nothing waits for the invoice to introduce itself.
That has an obvious cost to us: it removes the room to quietly recover margin later. We think it is worth it, because the alternative — the number that moves after you have agreed to it — is the reason people ring three suppliers before they order.
We would still rather talk to you. Calling a customer about access, a difficult site or the right mix for the job is normal and professional. What we will not do is make you wait for a call to find out the price.
See it work. Build a pour and watch every fee arrive on the page.
