Five steps. Priced in the open.

No quote request, no callback, no estimate that changes later — and nothing to pay until a supplier has taken your job.

STEP 01

Build your pour

Pick the job, then set strength, cubic metres, finish and distance. The price updates as you move.

STEP 02

We send it out

Your pour goes to every supplier covering your postcode: the mix, the volume, the day and the window. Not your name, not your address, not your phone number.

STEP 03

A supplier takes it

First to accept pours it. Nobody is bidding — the price is already set, so the only question is who says yes.

STEP 04

We confirm the day

One email names the supplier and confirms the date and window they accepted. Your site details reach them at that moment, and not before.

STEP 05

You pay, and it is locked

Payment is the last step, not the first. Nothing is charged when you book: the pour is confirmed once the payment is in. Trade accounts settle monthly instead.

One price, whoever brings it.

We are not a batching plant. We work with a number of them, and the one that pours your job is decided after you book, not before.

The price does not moveever Every supplier we work with charges us something different. That is our problem, not yours: the figure on the page is the figure, whichever truck turns up.
Your job goes to the suppliers who cover youon booking They see the mix, the volume, the day and the window — not your name, not your phone number, not your address. Nobody has your details until one of them has accepted the job.
First to take it, pours itno auction Nobody is bidding. The job is already priced, so the only question is who says yes — and a supplier that is busy is passed over rather than turned down.
Then one emailwho, and how to pay As soon as a supplier accepts, we email you which supplier is coming and how to pay for it. There is no price in that email to argue with — you already have it. Your site details go to the supplier at the same moment; until then nobody has your address.
The day is the supplier's to givebook early We are not a batching plant, so we cannot promise you a truck tomorrow — the day depends on who takes the job and what their week looks like. What we can do is make booking it quick, and tell you the truth: the earlier you book, the more likely you are to get the day and the window you asked for. Most pours are known about well in advance; the ones that are not are usually the day something went wrong on site, and those we will still try to place.
Paid is bookedthen it is locked The pour is confirmed once the payment is in. Trade accounts skip this per pour and settle once a month instead.

One truckload is 5 m³.

Concrete is priced by the cubic metre but delivered by the truck. Past one full load the rest comes behind it as a smaller measure load — and that is the part you can still change on the day.

A full truckload5 m³ The load a mixer leaves the supplier with. The order page counts them for you as you move the slider, so you can see where the next truck starts.
Under one truckloadfixed Less than 5 m³ comes as a single measured load, batched to the figure you booked. There is nothing behind it to adjust, so this one is settled when it leaves the supplier.
Over one truckloadflexible 6.5 m³ is one full truck and a 1.5 m³ measure load. Once the first truck is in and you can see how the pour is going, the measure load can come up or down — 6, 6.5 or 7 m³ is the same booking.
Adjusting needs a full truck firstminimum 5 m³ The supplier will run a measure load to what the job actually swallows, but only with a whole load underneath it. Below 5 m³ there is no second load to move.
What a change costssame rate Metres you add or drop are charged at the rate already printed on your price. The rate does not move — only the metres.

Every line that can appear on your price.

This is the whole list. Nothing is added at checkout, and nothing waits for the invoice to show up.

Delivery, 3 m³ and overFree The commonest order on the site pays nothing to have it delivered.
Delivery, under 3 m³$60 + $3.50/km From your nearest depot. Ordering up to 3 m³ is often cheaper than ordering less — the page tells you when.
Small-load fee$80.15 – $90.16 Under 3 m³ a truck still has to be washed out and turned around. Tiered, not flat.
Out-of-area deliveryfrom $149.54 Only for postcodes past the normal run. Shown before you commit, never after.
Waste allowance10% Billed on volume, because a pour that runs 200 mm short is a far worse day than one with a barrow left over.
Time window−$25 to +$25 Pick a narrow morning slot and it costs more; let us choose the time and it costs less. Both shown before you book.
Saturday delivery+$40 Only where a supplier pours weekends, and only on the day you picked.
Split load$63.95 Per extra site, when one order is poured in more than one place.
Admixturesfrom $8.19/m³ Rapid set, retarder and fibre mesh are charged per m³ and each gets its own line on your price.
Waiting time$126.54/hr The one charge here that is decided on the day. If the truck is held on site past the pour it is charged by the hour, and it is the supplier's charge, not ours — which is why the order page asks four questions about access before it will take a booking.
Colour, finish, line pumppriced live Oxide, exposed aggregate and pump hire all carry a rate you can see on the page, not a phone call.

Where we deliver.

Auckland-wide, plus the northern runs out of Warkworth and beyond, where an out-of-area charge applies and is shown before you commit. Your postcode picks the nearest depot and the distance is priced from there.

Build your pour and watch the number move. It takes about a minute.
